Okay, some of you may recall that about a year ago I started switching over to a new dA account? Yes? Well. It's about flipping time! I got a job! I got a job! I got a job! And. It's the job I actually wanted. So instead of serving people overpriced smoothies or wiping tables or selling tickets, I will be working as a sort of summer teacher at a local daycare-preschool-summercamp. I'm excited. I love kids, and I love the philosophy of this place, which is basically the messier the kids are allowed to be, the more they are learning. It's all learning through play -- no worksheets or workbooks. Awesome. My mom wants to buy my Harry Potter painting from me so that she can frame it and hang it in the house. Weird, yes? Yes. I have a commission, too, which is exciting because
